Creative Support - Leonora Street

This residential home provides personal care for up to 16 people with long-term, complex mental health needs. At the time of the inspection, 14 people were living at the home.

The provider demonstrated several positive practices during the inspection period. Relatives and people were encouraged to use video calls to maintain contact, with the service purchasing a tablet to ensure everyone had access. A health screening questionnaire was implemented for all visitors, including temperature checks and contact details collection in case anyone became symptomatic. Staff discussions were held to help reduce anxieties among residents.
