Creative Support - High Street

Creative Support High Street provides personal care for up to six people with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, dementia, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments. The service is a single storey bungalow with six individual bedrooms, shared bathroom facilities, a shared kitchen, lounge, and garden area, with the office located within the service.

The service has not been developed and designed in line with current best practice guidance for supporting people with complex needs. This affects how well the environment supports residents' independence and wellbeing.
