Cranmer Court

Cranmer Court provides personal and nursing care to up to 62 people aged 65 and over, including those living with dementia. The home spans three floors, each with communal dining and lounge areas, plus an activities room and garden access. At inspection, 36 people were using the service.

Staff support people with medicines, nutrition, and hydration to maintain balanced diets. The home has strengthened infection control measures and improved the environment for people with cognitive impairments. People are supported to make choices about their lives in the least restrictive way possible. Staff are kind and caring, well-trained, and recruited through safe procedures. They communicate respectfully with all residents, including those with additional communication needs, and help people participate in activities aligned with their interests and hobbies.
