Coumes Brook Home Limited provides nursing and personal care to 22 older people and those living with dementia across 24 beds. Staff create a strongly embedded culture of treating people with dignity, respect, compassion and love. Inspectors found that everyone spoken with was very complimentary about staff, describing them as very caring. The service offers a range of activities to keep people occupied on both group and individual bases, with trips out organised in line with people's preferences.
