Coombe Road

Coombe Road is a residential care home providing personal care and accommodation for up to seven people with a learning disability. At the time of inspection, all seven places were occupied. The service supports residents to have choice and control over their lives, with people actively selecting the activities they engage in. Staff make timely referrals to health and social care professionals to ensure people's needs are properly assessed and met.

Staff are kind and caring, with strong relationships between staff and residents who understand each person's individual ways of communicating. Care is delivered safely through trained and supervised staff who assess and mitigate people's risks. Each person receives person-centred care with their needs regularly reviewed and updated.
