This assessment followed previous breaches around safe care, staffing and governance, and the CQC found these had now been resolved, with sustained improvements to oversight, staffing and quality monitoring.
Inspectors found people received kind, personalised and responsive care, with staff who knew residents well and adapted support to reflect their history and preferences. People and relatives described care as calm, unhurried and delivered with dignity, and the home was rated Good overall.
