Collingwood Court

Collingwood Court accommodates up to 63 older people, with 38 residents at the time of inspection, some living with dementia. The home has appointed an Infection Prevention Control champion who demonstrates strong knowledge and dedication to their role. Staff have been recognised through bonuses and thank you letters from the provider for their extra efforts during challenging periods. The registered manager maintains good communication with residents, relatives and staff to keep everyone informed about service developments and changes.
