Fairholme provides personal care for up to 22 people with mental health needs. At inspection, 21 people were using the service. The home had effective systems in place to prevent infection transmission among residents, staff and visitors.
Additional cleaning of all areas and frequent touch surfaces was carried out regularly, and staff participated in a regular testing programme. People were supported to understand infection prevention and control measures, including why staff wore face masks during the pandemic.
