Potensial Limited - 2 Belgrave Terrace

Potensial-2 provides accommodation and personal care to adults with learning disabilities in a large domestic-style property. At the time of inspection, six people were using the service, which is registered to accommodate up to eight. The building blends into the residential area without identifying signs, intercoms, cameras or other institutional markers. Staff are discouraged from wearing uniforms when accompanying people, helping the service integrate naturally into the community.

The service delivers person-centred support designed to enable people to live meaningfully with control, choice and independence. The property layout and design support this approach, ensuring people receive planned and coordinated care that is appropriate and inclusive for their needs.
