The CQC rated the home Outstanding overall, praising exceptionally kind, person-centred care, safe medicines management, well-maintained surroundings and a strong, open management culture.

Inspectors found staff knew people well and responded quickly to their needs, with tailored support such as personalised equipment and meaningful activities that helped people stay connected to their communities. End of life care and support for families was particularly strong. People and relatives described the home as warm, welcoming and "like family".
