Winton Lodge

Winton Lodge provides accommodation and personal care for up to nine people with learning disabilities and mental health needs. At the time of inspection, six people were living at the home. The service supports residents to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence through person-centred care.

People told inspectors they felt safe and that staff understood their needs and preferences well. The home focuses on helping residents gain new skills and become more independent. Risks have been identified and measures put in place to keep people safe from harm. Staff support residents in the least restrictive way possible while maximising their choice and control over their daily lives.
