Willowbeech

Willowbeech is a small care home in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole providing accommodation and support for up to five adults, some of whom may be living with a learning disability and/or autism. Three people were living there at the time of the assessment. The CQC rated the home Good overall.

Inspectors found staff were knowledgeable about safeguarding, well trained and confident in raising concerns, with safe recruitment practices in place. There were enough staff to support people safely, and risks were identified and managed well. Relatives spoke positively about the care, describing staff as attentive and treating their loved ones as individuals.
