Cliftonville Care Home

Cliftonville Care Home provides nursing and personal care for up to 106 people, with 70 people living there at the time of the assessment. It supports people with a range of health needs, including those who require support with treatment of disease, disorder or injury.

Inspectors found a safe, well-run service overall, with effective safeguarding systems, enough suitably trained staff and good management of risk. People and relatives described staff as kind, caring and compassionate, and positive relationships were observed throughout. The home did not have a registered manager in place, though an application was underway, and this contributed to a requires improvement rating for leadership despite the overall good rating.
