Cliftonville Care Home

Cliftonville Care Home provides nursing and personal care for up to 106 people, supporting older and younger adults with dementia or physical disabilities. The home is arranged across three floors with communal lounges and dining rooms on each floor, including a specialist dementia care unit. All bedrooms feature private en-suite facilities, and the upper floors are accessible via lifts.

At the time of inspection, 59 people were using the service. Inspectors found that the provider's systems and processes for monitoring the safety and quality of care had not always been effective in identifying some concerns discovered during the inspection.
