The Angela Grace Care Centre

The Angela Grace Care Centre provides nursing and personal care for up to 78 residents, with 72 people living at the home at the time of inspection. Staff received comprehensive infection prevention and control training with competency assessments in hand hygiene and protective equipment procedures. All staff wore uniforms and changed before and after shifts. The registered manager conducted regular infection control audits and spot checks to ensure guidelines were consistently followed throughout the home. The service had screening and testing systems in place for residents, staff and visitors. Cleaning schedules maintained high standards across all areas, with the home appearing clean and well-maintained. Risk assessments were completed for individuals regarding their personal risk factors.
