Queens Meadow Care Home

This home provides personal care for up to 59 residents, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 54 people were resident. Residents felt safe and spoke fondly of staff, with one saying, "I absolutely love [care staff], they always look after me and know what I need" and another appreciating that staff would "kid on with me." Staff created an environment where residents felt cared for and supported.

However, medicines management required improvement. While the provider had made some changes, further developments were needed to ensure safe administration. The home safeguarded residents from abuse, managed environmental and individual risks appropriately, and maintained adequate staffing levels to meet people's care needs.
