Clifftop Care Home

This care home accommodates up to 32 older people across three accessible floors. At the time of inspection, 28 residents were living there. People described feeling safe, supported, and happy at the home. Staff demonstrated knowledge of how to recognise and raise concerns, with systems in place to ensure issues were properly referred and addressed. The home has made improvements since the last inspection in medicines management, accident and incident recording, and management oversight. Visitors found a homely, relaxed, family atmosphere throughout the service.
