Clifftop Care Home is registered to support up to 32 people, providing care for older adults, some of whom are living with dementia. The CQC's assessment, prompted by earlier concerns, found the service was performing well overall and rated it Good. Inspectors identified minor gaps in medicine storage and topical cream recording, but noted these were addressed promptly by the registered manager during the assessment.

People and relatives described the home as safe and welcoming, with staff described as kind and attentive. Health and social care professionals spoke positively of their working relationship with staff, and confidence in the management team was consistently expressed by residents, families and staff alike.
