Cleveland Road

Cleveland Road provides residential care and support to up to 13 people, with eight residents at the time of inspection. The service empowers people through choices offered by staff and supports them to make their own decisions. Care is individualised and recorded in a person-centred way, with staff adopting a positive culture that promotes dignity, privacy and human rights. People are supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives, with staff using the least restrictive approaches possible.

Risks to residents are largely well managed, with appropriate action taken following identification of a concern during inspection. The home maintains effective infection control measures. Overall, the service demonstrates commitment to enabling people to lead confident, inclusive and empowered lives through its approach to support, care and workplace culture.
