Claremont Care Home

Claremont provides personal care to up to 63 older adults and people living with dementia. At inspection, 34 people were living at the home.

Inspectors found that risks were not always managed safely. Potential infection risks were not consistently controlled, and not all care plans and risk assessments had been completed when people needed protective measures in place. Care records were not always completed or accurate. While medicines were mostly managed safely with audits carried out, some recording issues were identified.

Environmental checks were not robust, and the home's environment was worn.
