Clare Hall Nursing Home

Clare Hall Nursing Home provides accommodation, nursing and personal care for up to 57 people, some living with dementia or memory loss. At the time of the CQC's assessment, 44 people lived there. The home is now rated good overall, having improved from a previous requires improvement rating.

Inspectors found care plans reflected people's needs, medicines were managed safely, and staff were well trained, safely recruited and knew people well. The home was clean and safe. Some people said staff did not always have time to talk with them, and dining experiences were not always good, though managers had begun addressing this.
