Clare Hall Nursing Home

Clare Hall Nursing Home provides nursing and personal care for up to 57 people aged over 65, with 40 residents at the time of inspection. The home operates from one large, adapted building. Following recent management changes, new systems and processes were introduced to monitor the service, though these were still embedding into practice and not yet fully effective in addressing all shortfalls promptly. Despite this, staff demonstrated good knowledge of residents and positive interactions were observed during inspection. The registered manager and nominated individual responded promptly to feedback and took action on identified issues. Staff reported improved atmosphere and communication within the home, and felt there were sufficient numbers of safely recruited staff to support residents.
