This residential care home accommodates up to 102 people requiring nursing or personal care, including those living with dementia, older people and younger adults. The purpose-built facility spans two floors with en-suite bedrooms, communal bathrooms, lounges and dining areas on each level, plus a large garden with level access. At inspection, 92 people were using the service.

The registered manager works with the management team to maintain oversight of care quality and safety. People and staff spoke positively about the leadership. Medicines are managed safely and risk assessments guide staff in keeping people secure. The service now consistently submits statutory notifications as required.
