Cholwell House Nursing Home

Cholwell House Nursing Home provides nursing and personal care for up to 51 people across three floors, plus a separate 12-bedded unit. At inspection, 38 people were using the service.

Staff demonstrated good infection control practices, using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment in line with government guidance. Staff changed into and out of their uniforms at the workplace to minimize infection spread. All staff had completed training on COVID-19 signs, symptoms, and management, as well as training on correctly putting on and removing PPE. PPE stations were located throughout the home.
