Clare Court Care Home

This nursing home accommodates up to 80 older adults and people living with dementia across three floors. The ground floor provides residential care, the middle floor supports people with dementia, and the top floor cares for those with nursing needs, though people with dementia were present on all floors. All residents have en-suite bedrooms, with shared lounges and dining areas on each floor plus a communal garden.

The management team had not always investigated how serious injuries had occurred at the time of incidents.
