The service can accommodate up to 63 people.

During inspection, the home demonstrated strong infection control practices aligned with government COVID-19 guidelines. Staff and visitors underwent comprehensive checks on arrival, and the infection control policy was current. Staff adhered to Personal Protective Equipment guidelines, with additional PPE stations positioned near residents' rooms.

Managers held regular staff meetings to communicate the latest guidance, summarising COVID-19 legislation into bullet points to keep all staff informed of legislative changes.
