Church Road

Church Road is a small residential care home in Bolton providing personal care and accommodation to six people with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and/or mental health issues. The service is designed to enable residents to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence, offering person-centred support tailored to individual needs.

Inspectors received extremely positive feedback from relatives and residents about the care provided. Without exception, they praised the staff team as caring and compassionate, treating people with the utmost respect. Staff members regularly went above and beyond to ensure residents received high quality care and support. The home uses several distinctive approaches to involve people in decisions about how the service is run.
