This service provides accommodation and support for up to four people with mental health issues, learning disabilities and sensory impairment. At the time of inspection, three people were using the service. People felt safe, with appropriate safeguarding systems in place and individual risk assessments kept up to date. Health and safety measures were sound, medicines were managed safely, and infection control procedures were robust with staff using appropriate protective equipment.

Staff were safely recruited with sufficient numbers to cover leave and sickness. Training was comprehensive with all mandatory requirements completed. Care plans included thorough assessments and documented people's choices and preferences, with people fully involved in reviewing their support. Nutritional needs, including special diets, were followed and people were encouraged to maintain good diets. Staff supported people to have maximum choice and control over their lives, using the least restrictive approaches in their best interests.
