Max Potential

Max Potential provides personal care for people with learning disabilities and autistic individuals. The home accommodates four people on a permanent basis. While the provider has processes in place to support people with end-of-life decisions, inspectors found that people's wishes were not always recorded effectively. The service was recommended to improve its documentation of end-of-life care plans to ensure residents' preferences are clearly captured and respected.
