Choices for Living Well (Killelea)

This service provides short-term adult rehabilitation and reablement support for up to 36 people across two floors. People receive support for up to six weeks with a focus on regaining daily living skills, increasing confidence and maximising independence following a hospital admission or crisis at home. Staff demonstrated a caring and dedicated approach to care, with wellbeing considered a high priority. The team took responsibility to ensure people did not feel isolated or lonely during their stay.
