The home occupies a multi-floor extended property accessible by two lifts, situated conveniently near Tottington town centre with good access to local amenities and public transport. At inspection, 33 residents were living there.

The home maintains safe systems for safeguarding, staff recruitment, medicine management and infection control. Individual and environmental risks are assessed and monitored regularly. Each resident has a care plan documenting their individual needs and wishes.
