Following an assessment, the CQC rated the service Good, noting it had resolved previous breaches relating to safety and quality checks. Inspectors found risks were well managed, staffing levels were appropriate, and medicines were given as prescribed.
People and relatives spoke positively about their care, describing staff as kind, respectful and attentive to individual needs. Residents felt safe, were involved in planning their care, and had access to varied activities and healthcare support when needed. The management team was approachable and responsive to feedback and concerns.
