The home maintained adequate infection prevention control with COVID-19 checks for visitors and clean facilities. Inspectors noted the home could improve its temperature monitoring procedures to better align with government guidance. The service worked effectively with other health and social care professionals to achieve good outcomes for residents.

Medicines were managed, stored and administered safely, with robust quality audits ensuring medicines were routinely stock checked.
