Grove Lodge Care Home

Grove Lodge Care Home provides accommodation and personal care support for up to 19 people, with 15 residents living there at the time of inspection. The home has 11 single rooms and 4 larger shared rooms available.

While risks were assessed, timely action had not always been taken in response to environmental issues identified. The registered manager confirmed these would be addressed quickly following the inspection. Staff were suitably recruited and knew people well enough to provide the support needed. People were supported to take their medicines as required and felt safe at the home.

People's needs were assessed and reviewed regularly, and they received the support they needed with eating and drinking.
