Arran Manor

Arran Manor is a residential care home accommodating 22 people and currently supporting 18 residents who are older people or living with dementia. The service provides personalised nursing and personal care tailored to individual needs and preferences, with care plans and risk assessments in place for each person. However, some of these documents had not been reviewed since 2020.

The home has monitoring systems to ensure good quality care. Staff understand safeguarding procedures and know how to raise concerns appropriately. Effective recruitment checks are in place to keep people safe, though minor improvements were identified in how staff recruitment files are maintained.
