Cherry Holt Care Home

Cherry Holt Care Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 52 older and younger adults and adults with physical disabilities across two floors. At the time of inspection, 47 people were using the service, which features a large lounge on the ground floor.

Inspectors found that risks were not consistently managed or monitored, and medicines were not always managed safely. However, staff were recruited safely and sufficient numbers were deployed to meet people's needs. The registered manager reported safeguarding concerns to the local authority promptly, and the provider's infection prevention and control policy was confirmed to be up to date.
