Tuxford Manor Care Home

Tuxford Manor Care Home accommodates up to 46 people, providing personal care on a single contractual basis. At inspection, 42 people were living at the service or having short respite stays. The home had implemented several measures to manage COVID-19 risks, including requiring visitors to provide negative lateral flow test results before entry. Two designated indoor visiting areas were set apart from communal spaces, and people could also meet visitors in their bedrooms or outside. Staff consistently wore appropriate personal protective equipment including aprons, gloves and masks during care provision and throughout the home, with sufficient stocks maintained.
