Following the appointment of a new registered manager, the home has made significant improvements in its systems and safety practices. Safeguarding alerts have reduced, and the manager works effectively with external professionals to investigate and resolve concerns.

Staff levels are adequate, and residents report that concerns are acted upon promptly. One resident commented, "There is enough staff. There was one staff member who was a bit abrupt, I told the manager and I have not seen her since.

" The feedback from inspection indicates positive views of the management and the changes that have been implemented at the service.
