Chase Park Neuro Centre

Chase Park Neuro Centre provides personal care to up to 60 people aged 18 and over, many of whom live with neurological conditions. At the time of inspection, 41 people were using the service.

Inspectors identified concerns with medicine management, noting that records and guidance for topical and when-required medicines needed improvement, along with clearer instructions on how people should take their medicines. The home also faced issues with bathing facilities, where inspectors found a dirty and ripped shower chair and insufficient shower chairs to meet residents' bathing preferences. Following the inspection, the service purchased five additional shower chairs to address this shortfall.
