Abbeymoor Neurodisability Centre

Abbeymoor Neurodisability Centre provides nursing and residential care for up to 41 people, primarily those living with acquired brain injuries or genetic disorders affecting cognitive functioning. At inspection, 26 people were using the service. Staff demonstrably show people are valued and respected, placing them at the heart of the service. Since the last inspection, significant improvements have been made across multiple areas, including equipment checks and usability, fire safety practices, care records management, mealtime experiences, and medication protocols. Staff now have time to deliver person-centred care and support people to achieve their goals and aspirations. The registered manager and staff foster an inclusive, supportive environment where people feel they belong.
