The service maintains high cleaning standards with enhanced cleaning of frequent touch points such as handrails and door handles. Staff consistently wear masks and appropriate PPE when supporting residents, and people are encouraged to maintain social distance in communal areas. Risk assessments and policies are in place to support resident safety.
