The home has implemented several measures to support safe visiting during restrictions, including a visiting pod in the garden, video call facilities, and a microphone system to help people and visitors communicate during window visits.

The service maintains high cleaning standards with enhanced cleaning of frequent touch points such as handrails and door handles. Staff consistently wear masks and appropriate PPE when supporting residents, and people are encouraged to maintain social distance in communal areas. Risk assessments and policies are in place to support resident safety.
