Chacombe Park provides nursing and personal care for up to 77 people, with 77 residents living there at the time of inspection. The home had implemented innovative visiting arrangements to ensure residents maintained regular meaningful contact with family and loved ones during the pandemic, and subsequently updated their visiting policy to align with government guidance.

Staff demonstrated a strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and received appropriate training to recognise and escalate concerns. People were supported by staff who understood the actions necessary to keep them safe.
