Elmhurst Residential Home

Elmhurst Residential Home provides accommodation and personal care to 29 people aged 65 and over. The service occupies two adapted houses joined together to meet residents' needs.

Residents reported feeling safe at the home. Staff demonstrated knowledge of abuse indicators and safeguarding procedures. Risk assessments identified health and care-related risks for each person, with clear guidance for staff on harm reduction. Medicines were administered on time and as prescribed, with systems in place to support this practice.
