Castle Dene Care Home

Staffing levels are adequate to support residents safely, and the provider follows appropriate recruitment procedures. Medicines are managed safely with people receiving prescribed medication as intended. The service maintains cleanliness with effective infection prevention and control procedures in place. The provider learns from incidents when they occur.
