Ash Tree House

Ash Tree House provides residential care for up to 6 younger and older adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. At inspection, three people were using the service. Staff supported residents to make choices and maintain independence, communicating in ways that met individual needs and focusing on people's strengths. Residents received support with medicines that promoted their independence and positive health outcomes, and could personalise their rooms according to preference.

The service's physical environment required improvement, with the property not consistently providing a safe, clean, and well-maintained setting. However, an extensive refurbishment plan was underway with work scheduled to commence in January 2024.
