The CQC rated the home Good overall, with an outstanding rating for how caring the service was. Inspectors found an exceptionally kind and compassionate staff team who knew people extremely well and helped them build independence and achieve personal goals. People were protected from harm, staff were well trained and supported, and leadership was strong, with quality assurance systems used to drive ongoing improvement.

Relatives spoke highly of the family atmosphere and the positive changes seen in their loved ones.
