Woodcote

Woodcote provides residential care for six younger and older adults with learning support needs and autism. All residents have complex care requirements, and two people use sign-assisted language to communicate.

The service supports residents in achieving the best possible outcomes and living full, engaged lives. Staff work to ensure that people receive individualised support tailored to their needs, with the environment and approach designed to promote independence and wellbeing. The care home creates an inclusive community where residents can participate meaningfully in daily activities and decisions affecting their lives.
