Oakdown House accommodates up to 45 people with learning disabilities and associated health conditions including diabetes and epilepsy across four buildings on the same site. At inspection, 42 people were living at the home, with three currently receiving hospital care. The service provides residential accommodation and personal care tailored to residents' needs.

Following the inspection, concerns were raised about infection control and prevention measures. Inspectors reviewed evidence and confirmed that Infection Prevention Control practices were being properly followed at the service.
