Following a previous inspection that placed the service in Special Measures, the CQC found significant improvements and the service is now rated good overall, no longer inadequate in any area.
Inspectors found a new management team had made a positive difference, with enough staff to meet people's needs and kind, attentive care. People appeared happy and settled, enjoying activities such as music, though inspectors identified a shortfall around protecting people from financial abuse, which the registered manager addressed once flagged.
