Berrywood provides care and support to five people with complex needs and learning disabilities. The service is designed around values of choice, promotion of independence, and inclusion, enabling people to live as ordinary a life as any citizen. Staff support people to have maximum choice and control over their lives, using the least restrictive approach possible, with policies and systems in place to support this practice.
