Westerley Care Home

Westerley Care Home provides accommodation and personal care to up to 30 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 28 people were using the service. Residents and their relatives described the service as safe and expressed satisfaction with the care provided.

Staff had received training in safeguarding and felt confident reporting concerns to the provider or external organisations. The provider had effective systems in place, made referrals, and investigated concerns appropriately. Risk assessments for people's safety and welfare had been completed with plans put in place to manage identified risks.
