Walsingham Support - 30 & 32 Church Lane

Walsingham Support provides accommodation and personal care for up to 12 people with learning disabilities. At the time of inspection, eight people were using the service.

Staff demonstrated a clear understanding of each person's individual needs and how to keep them safe. People appeared content and comfortable in the company of staff members. Safeguarding procedures were in place and consistently followed by the team, with lessons learned from incidents shared across staff to improve practice. Risk assessments were completed regularly and reviewed following any incidents, and staff reported feeling well supported in their roles.
