Bywell House Care Home

Bywell House Care Home provides residential accommodation and personal care for people living with dementia and other health conditions. At the time of inspection, 20 people were living at the home with no vacancies. During a COVID-19 outbreak, the home implemented stringent safety measures including lateral flow device testing for visitors, temperature checks, and handwashing protocols with alcohol gel before entry was permitted. These infection control procedures aimed to protect residents and staff while allowing essential health and social care professionals to continue providing necessary support.
